Timing of the online consultation:

The medical report will be sent to the patient’s e-mail within 3-4 workdays after payment.

* Issuance of the medical report via e-mail is performed only on workdays, despite the fact that the documents will be received on weekends and holidays.

 

Cost of Online Consultation:

• The cost of online consultation for citizens of Kazakhstan, Kandases, is 30,000 tenge.
• Repeated online consultation is 15 000 tenge.
• Cost for foreign citizens and stateless persons temporarily staying on the territory of Kazakhstan is $80 (at the exchange rate of tenge on the date of payment).
• Repeated online consultation of the doctor is $40 (at the exchange rate of tenge on the date of payment).
